can wife claim for alimony in future after her previous statement

In MDC wife did not claim alimony in petition on19.08.2016 or in affidevit on 27.10.2016and 1.5.2017 rather she stated that she received all luggeses from her husband and she willnot claim anything from husband in future.can she now or in future claim alimony.Both are Hindus and judge in distt.family court has asked for argument by lawers of both sides.
On the previous statement any claim has dues than complain may be given before the principal judge of family court.divorce is the right method of seperation to spouses.you can file a fresh complaint whatever have done till now.

You have not stated nature of the case i.e. , whether it is divorce case or harassment under section 498 of IPC ? Nevertheless, your wife can't argue beyond the fact(s) which are not in her petition or affidavit.
