Can we register marriage online through video conferencing.Bride is in uk on student visa.Families of both bride and groom don't have problem with marriage and falls under Hindu religion. Bride won't be able to come to India before the course completes in 2024.Both wants to get married as soon as possible so that the groom can file for dependent visa .

Need to take permission from the court in order to register the marriage court will only allow if there is any peculiar circumstances in this matter. For a detailed advice need to know detailed facts.

Yes. but need to get prior permission from concerned Marriage Registrar and a court order to expedite the granting of permission might get necessary. Online marriage have infact become common these days especially after Covid 19
