can this marriage be void on below ground

Hi, I married to a muslim girl through arya samaj mandir after her conversion to hinduism( Shuddhikaran) and registered our marriage as per Hindu Marriage Act 1955 in registrar offfice in 2005. and girls left me in just one week after the marriage, and never cohabilated with me and also not even met me for once since last 14 years, and i dont know where she reside now. will this marriage be legal please keep following points in mind. 1). Conversion takes place only for marriage there is no bonafide intention of conversion. 2). There is no other documentary proof of her being a hindu except conversion certificate, All other certificate issues by government after marriage showed her as Muslim. 3). I have studied in many judgement in similiar manner where court has declared such marriage as illegal marriage, as other party is muslim by faith and have not any bonafide intention of conversion. 4) . it is also get to now that girl has already married to a muslim man in 2010.
