Can second marriage be done secretly or refusal of spouse's decision

I am Muslim man / married for a period of 02 yrs. in which we hardly met. After marriage she was with me for 15 days. second time we met she was with me for 01 month. now her third vacation she did not came to my house and went straight to her parents house she is telling me to wait for her 01 yrs which i felt that i am being cheated by her. 1.)my wife is doing job in gulf country and i do want her to leave her job, she i not listing to me and saying that she has job contact with her company. and telling me to wait 01 yr till the contract ends. on this basis can i give takal to her. 2.) or should i marry again second time secretly to some other girl.

It is better to follow your personal law and choose to give talaq to her rather as your wife has steadfastly refused to co habit with you and that she is avoiding her marital responsibilities.
please do not marry for second time secretly as this will aggravate the problem though you are well within your personal laws which permits you to marry the second time when the first marriage is subsisting.

Confidence, faith in your partner is more important to live this life. If you have confidence in your partner, not only you can wait for her one year but you can wait for her for rest of your life. You should gain confidence of your partner. You cannot demand her to leave the job. It involves so many complications. You cannot do any secret things keeping her in dark, it will harm your marital life. This is not the reasonable ground to give talak to her.
You have second option, you can visit her at abroad with her permission, whenever you desires.
