Rape charge nai laga Sakti ha. Agar apki wife major ha. But agar apki wife.minor ha to or ap uske sath forcefully sex karte ha to wah automatically rape ki category me aayega. But if they not married or only on open relationship than its treat as rape.

यदि किसी महिला की इच्छा के विरुद्ध कोई पुरुष किसी महिला के साथ जबरदस्ती यौन संबंध बनाता है तो वह बलात्कार के अपराध का दोषी होगा यही स्थिति पत्नी के साथ लागू होती है यानी पुरुष अपनी पत्नी की सहमति के बिना उसके साथ जबरदस्ती यौन संबंध बनाता है तो वह बलात्कार के गम्भीर अपराध में आता है
