Can one of the legal heir go to court for a common wall issue

A hindu ancestral house is in the name of my father. My father and mother expired after september 9, 2005. I have 2 younger sisters. Right now, I am residing in the said house. I have some issues with common wall with father's brother and sister. Can I move the court alone to safeward my interest with regards to common wall law.

Yes, you can approach the Court of Law anytime depending on your issue especially if something is hampering your peaceful possession .

Yes you can go to court as common wall belong to both till it is dismantled and according to law space to be left till then u have power use it file necessary suit and get order from court. So meet advocate or assistance of panchyat u can do.
