Can mother claim on Cash gifts made by my father to me without gift de

My father gifted my 25lakhs before his dead around 2 months before and said to take care of family we was not so well known with law we did not made any gift deed. Now my month and sister join together raise a dispute and asking to refund back money that my father gave to me it is 1 year after his death. No communication in between.
