can i sue my mom for emotional distress and invasion of privacy?

im rishika and im 17 but i'll turn 18 in a month, my mother is very toxic she has physically abused me in the past years and continues to do so on some occasions but now the emotional abuse has become very common, so much so i cry and feel suicidal because of her everyday. she doesnt let me see my friends, she wont let me close my bedroom door and specifically asks me to change in the washroom, she will pressure me a lot and wont ever let me live like i want to, she wants to take control of every single thing in my life, even my friend group, she thinks im influenced by them but its not true, im in 12th literally every teenager has matured to that level but she doesnt see that and the overbearing study pressure she and my dad hav built is way too much for me. i just sometimes feel like jumping off my terrace.
