Can a man live in with another woman without divorcing his first wife? They live seperately and his wife told that she will not give legal problems if he marry again.

You can marry again if your wife gives a no objection in writing . There should be two witnesses to the no objection.

Yes a man can definitely live with other woman without divorcing his first wife as there is no punishment other than serving a ground of divorce for the other party. The wife can also claim maintenance from you. Aside it is also amounting to Domestic Violence under section 3 of the DV Act in reference with section 2(f) of the DV Act, too.
Above all the live-in relationship though is not equivalent to marriage but the legal responsibility is no more less than any marriage.
