Can I send a notice to my husband

My query is, I had taken a screenshot of my husband chat with his sister because I wanted to why he was ignoring me for weeks together. I had sent these screenshots to my family to let them know what was happening. Please note, he had given me his password. After a couple of days, my phone has unauthorised factory reset over night by itself and eventually my husband had forced me to give my phone password and exported all chats of mine with multiple people and is showing to everyone as print

1. you have to lodge the complaint before the police station for hacking your phone for resetting by eventually 2. you have to lodge a complaint against your husband also for exporting all your personal details. 3. you have to file the case against your husband
