Can I marry someone else if my present marriage is not registered

Me married mera husband roj jgda krta h Mujse ..preshan hogai hu but Abhi meri lyf me koi Aur h jo Muje khush rkhta h. He want to marry wid me.. Meri Shadi k koi legally process nai huyi h.. Marriage certi b nai h. Kya me uske sath court marrige Kar sakti hu kya???
No you cannot marry with another person without taking divorce from your first husband. If you are saying legally process not done but also you are saying you are married. So firstly you have to give all the information about your marriage correctly.

NO. You cannot legally marry another man before taking divorce from Husband. Such marriage is void ab-initio and is not a marriage in eyes of law. The person so marrying can be charged with Bigamy. As a matter of fact, you cannot marry again till the expiry of 6 months from the date of Divorce.

No if your profession Hindu religion then second marriage is not valid unless first is dessolved legally. If you accept there was first amrriage, then availability of evidence in nature of marriage certificate etc doesn't have any importanant. Fact of marriage can be proved otherwise also.
