Can I marry my mother's cousin

I am in love with this guy who happens to be my mothers cousin(the relationship is that my mothers mothering I.e my grandmother and his mother both are real sisters).i really want to marry this guy and want to know whether I can legally marry him under Hindu marriage act or special marriage act.i am Sindhi by caste and his family is fully supportive of this marriage but my family isn't as they are not sure on legality of this marriage .i would be highly greatful to u if u advise me whether I can get married to him legally or not.and are there any other alternative solutions to this problem.

U r love with guy who is ur mother's cuisine so as per social concept u r niece of ur mother's cuisine ,morally marriage is not accepted by our society's but as per laws u can marrying with guy rest of thinghs we disscus at the time on vish a vise

Dear mam as per your question and situation if your age 18 and boy have 21 then hindu marriage act allow to legally marriage in court if you want out of court then arya samaj also provided this facility

i have best advise

bt its critical way for you.

u hav to change your releign to muslim

nd after that u can marry with her

but after this all process you have bo right in your parents property if they want. . .
