Can I marry my father's sister's daughter if I am Hindu?

Hellow, This is  from New Delhi. I'm hindu by religion and yadav by caste. I wanna marry a girl who is my first cousin as she is my father's real sister's daughter. Is it possible to marry her legally? And please suggest me how to marry her.

No, you can’t marry your first cousin as both of u fall within the prohibited degree of relationship. Such a marriage would not just be prohibited but also void ab-initio even if such a marriage takes place.

Dear it is not possible by law but you can marry with her local religious tradition if where applicable.otherwise you can not with her according to law, but you can do court marriage without mention it thereafter your marriage was legaly.further information 9807535825

Though as per religion you are in spinda relation so you cannot marry each other and the said marriage is void marriage and also of same gotra ....

Dear querist, as explained, you want to marry within the prohibited degrees of relations in hindus. A legal opinion can be given after having a proper discussion of a case. Since the person you want to marry comes under the prohibited degrees of relations.
