Can I lodge complain without appearing my name

Our neighbor has a pitbull dog and he always barks, which causes a lot of trouble to us. Sometimes he even leaves it open. When it is open, it faces towards our house and we face a lot of problems. We want to complain to them so that we can get rid of the problem. We want this complaint to be done without our name appearing. Is this possible?
Sir at the initial stage you can issue a legal notice through help of an advocate. After then also if they continuedls with their mischief action you can file a suit against them and also file. complaint in MCD

First of all rather than going legally you should serve them a legal notice to either stop all these things or face legal action at your own risk. You can draft a complaint and address it to the police station according to your jurisdiction. And if the problem is intolerable then you can also get the FIR registered against this type of nuisance.
