Can i lawfully marry my fathers cousin brothers son in hindu religion?

Can i do court marriage with my father's cousin brother's son in Hindu religion. Is it acceptable marriage in the eyes of law? The boy is my cousin brother in this case. Please suggest some solution.

Yes, if you register the marriage under the special marriage act . it is not allowed if you want to register under the hindu marriage act as both of you have common great grandparents. If your community/caste/sub caste has a custom of allowing such marriages under hindu marriage, only then you can perform a wedding ceremony and register under hindu marriage act
