Can I kick my wife out of my apartment?

I have owned the apartment since before my marriage. My wife pays the maintenance, and other utility bills but the home loan is completely paid by me. Our marriage is not working and I want her to leave the house before I file for a divorce.
Well, if you want to get her evicted, then you start paying Maintenance and other utility Bills. Moreover, you have to send her a legal notice via an Advocate to legally warn her to evict the house asap, after you start paying for Maintenance and utility Bills too, that, she does not have any place for her in your Home.
