Can I have a contract with a woman to have kids?

20-Oct-2023 (In Family Law)
Dear lawyers, Can I get into an agreement/contract with a girl to give her a sum of money to bear my child? not talking about surrogacy. I might pay an initial lump sum and may be an amount every year. She will continue to be the mother and i will be may be have some visitation rights, and in future i can leave my wealth to the child. Can this sort of arrangement be put in a contract ?

It is more or less a contract of surrogacy. You cannot have such kind of a contract as it is a void ab initio and against the law of justice. the reason being, if the girl is not able to conceive what will be your approach towards her as you had already been paid an initial lump sum?. There are other legal complications are also involved in it.
