Can I get visiting rights to meet my child twice a month

Hindu marriage act. My child age 9 yrs now. I asked visitation right monthly 2 days and 5 days in vacations. can it possible to get or not. please suggest.
Yes, it is possible to get visiting right to see the child on monthly twice. When you move court seeking visitation right to see the child, pray the court to fix time on weekend. The parent of child's either father or mother have the visit right to see the child and other party canning oppose the dame without any valid grounds.
