Can I get NOC for Passport for when My name is there in Chargesheet

Dear Sir/Madam,nMy in-laws filed a FALSE FIR against me that I stole gold and cash from house and there charge sheet filed in which I am A6.nUnder these circumstances, Can I get NOC from High Court for getting Passport?nPlease guide me

hi you could apply for passport even if there is a pending criminal case against you and there is no bar in applying it and if authorities are refusing then you could approach court and also file quash petition to quash the FIR
