This is Regards to filing defenatuion case against my x wife, in 2016 married Feb, April she ran away, 2 years I have waited she didn't rw union, fortune I filled divorced, ltr she filled 498a dvc,
Latter 2022 I got x party divorce she appealed bow in crs xmn
2023 498a aquatal agn She appealed in district chittor Now On DVC she filled for impotency in 2023 in March petition got order fr test. Now i filled dvc quash in high court Impotency high court fr stay can I fil defenatuion case
In case if ur wife make defamatory statements on impotency brfore others
Them u can definitely file defamation case against also g with some supporting statements

Dear Sir,
It seems none of the cases referred by you or conclusively concluded. In other words, appeal is pending in respect of acquittal case. Further, quashing petition is still pending. It is premature to file any defamation cases on the basis of Court records. However, you can file civil and criminal defamation cases saying that without any medical support she is propagating against you as if you are an impotent.
