I am suffering from ocd and we live in a flat and the problem is that my parents are telling me that they will change the home because all this is happening because of the girl which I love and she lives in a front flat. and now the things is that I am tired off taking medicines and I need time to self heal me and now if my parents will change the home my change will get worse because of the place changing and I don't want that and also my parents have never eversupported. age 23

Well, you can file a Writ Petition in the concerned High Court & request the Court to restrict your Parents from changing the Home in which you live, as changing the Home and shifting along with you to a new Home Can endanger your life, as your are already suffering from OCD, so changing your Home may worsen your OCD + as your emotions are attached with this Home in which you are living, so getting shifted to a new Home after leaving this Home will impact you mentally and create your OCD worst. So, to save your mental Health, request Court to pass a Writ under Article 21 of the Indian Constitution to restrict your Parents from changing the Home in which you are living, as your mental condition will deteriorate if you get shifted to any new home, as there are chances, that, you may not able to survive in the new Home.
