Can I change my accommodation in a new city, without wife

Hello Team, Please advise if I can change my accommodation in a new city, without wife under our existing dispute. Basically, to give you a background, we had a fight on the eve of 29-Oct-23 and the 107/150 and 107/151 were imposed on both of us by Haryana Police, when they intervened. She left along with her Passports, Jewellery and our loving son on the same night. Now, I got a job in Hyderabad city. So, can I transfer my household goods shifted to Hyderabad

hello as matter described by you you can absolutely change your place of work without your wife in any city, but as say case 107/151 pending under sdm than you have give attendance in the court and in future if your wife case in haryana than also you have give presence in court for further help and legal guidance you can contact with me adv Jitender Singh

Yes, you can shift to another city but when police asked you to come then you have to be present there for formalities otherwise you can live anywhere in India peacefully and alone but best is you can file divorce if you want to get rid of that relation

Yes, if you want to live in some other city then you can. There is no problem in that. Just for that you will have to make an affidavit or any written proof. After that you can live wherever you want.
