Can I be in a Live-in relationship while being married ?

My wife is not living with me since December 2014, 498a is pending session court Aligarh,and also have section 9 x party order beacuse she cannot attend any date's..she is not ready to give mutual devorce and section 13 a take much time to free me..I want to ask can I have right to live in relationship with someone now..or I don't have right now and wait for devorce..what I do..what is live in relationship means?!
Officially you need to get divorce first before starting with any relationship with someone else. You must file for divorce here in Delhi if you're residing here according to Hindu Marriage Act, and will have to contest divorce,if your wife is not ready for a Mutual Consent Divorce.
Having a Section 9 order in your favor will be a good ground for you to contest divorce.

No, you can not Live in Relationship still you are not divorcee, she can file a case against you for adultery. Hindu law bar the bigamy or adultery if any body have a married wife. please avoid live in Relationship.
