Can I adopt if I already have a girl and boy

I have a girl and boy and my sister has one girl and one boy. Her economic condition is not very good. Is there any way by which I can adopt my sister's children if I already have one girl and boy ?
As per s.11 of Hindu Adoption and maintenance Act 1956,Any person who having his/her son or daughter is liable to take another child in adoption and vice-versa to give his child in adoption to anyone from other side! If any query please contact!

Dear sir ,firstly I Salutes your intention of help in Your mind ,now you think they are your children instead of baba they will call you kaka.Sir Sind hut ai Sakali taken thousands of children as adopted, but never renamed ,your daughter's name will automatically change after her marriage. Though by law it is not possible to take adoption. But by moral u will adopt whole family.
