Can husband misguide court with false tax returns

My husband is a business man. In a matrimonial dispute court judge ask him to show all his tax return files of 3 years n bank statements. Can he misguide by giving wrong information to court. I have his pan card numbers

He can misguide, no doubt. If you have a doubt that he is furnishing.false returns, you can summon the concerned officials from the tax department to produce relevant documents.
Nowadays, tax information may not be available through PAN card. Please consult a CA in this regard.

No one can give a false statement in court, if he/she gives any false information he will be liable to the contempt of Court. Also he cannot misguide Court by filing any statement and if he do so he will be punished under criminal procedure.

Yes, of course he can. i would say this mostly happens in family courts. false affidavit being filed in the court to avoid the responsibility. if you have his PAN card number and you can get the information about the transactions he have made. then you can file an application along with the false affidavit filed by your husband and an criminal complaint U/S 370 Cr.P.C can be filed.
