Can husband get child from surrogacy without wife consent

Hi All.... If wife is cruel can husband get child from surrogacy without wife consent and make his property and bank balance will in favor of his surrogate child can wife able to challenge husband will on which grounds wife able challenge husband made will how husband prevent wife to challenge his will.

If your wife is cruel then file a divorce petition against her. You cannot adopt or get a child from surrogacy without the consent of your wife. Your wife is only entitled to maintenance, she has no right in your property, so long as you are alive. after your death your estate will go by natural succession in the absence of a WILL. In case there is a WILL, your property will go by WILL.
