Hi can husband file the case against wife parents for child marriage and mentally distutbence and blackmailing to him nnAt the time of marriage they given some proof as she is major after marriage and one baby when husband worried about her education he come to know under the age

Dear Sir, Anyone can lodge complaint in respect of child marriages but husband cannot file such complaint because he himself is a party to the marriage and it may back fire. He cannot say that he has no knowledge that girl not reached age of marriage. All these issues will be decided by the COurt or Police depending upon various documents produced by both the parties.
