Can husband dispose off land when DV case is on him

Christian law. My husband has got the land as gift deed from his mother, there is domestic.violence case on him, can he dispose the land during this time when case is still in court
If you don't file an Application and obtain a restraint order he can defiantly dispose off the property and there is no bar for it. ..

It is only a domestic violence case. I think you have not claimed any right or share over the property. Hence there should not be any challenges for him unless you file a case claim share or maintenance and seeking the court to attach the said property.
