Can Highcourt Direct The Family Court And Jmfc Court Speed Up The Case

Hi wife filed crpc 125 and DV case in her place...which is 500 kms from husband place in 2021 it's been 3 years already from the date of Case filed...case stage is in cross examination of wife....intentionally wife's lawyer is taking dates by giving the court the faltu reasons...can husband approach high court and pray for the speedy disposal of case...because I think family cases should be finished with in 1year acc to supreme court order pls reply me on this matter...

Dear Sir, You can approach the High Court of that State where 125 and DV proceedings are pending and file Writ Petition under Article 226 and 227 of Constitution of India. The High Court may direct the Trial Court to dispose the matter within the next four to six months.
