Can file case for property after exparate judgement

Can I file civil case for property after getting exparate judgement order , because property purchased after marriage with both property holder

Yes, despite an Ex-partee Order has been passed against you, you can challenge such an order before the concerned Appellate Court within a time period prescribed in the concerned act. You can file an application for limitation if delay happens in challenging the Ex Partee Order.
