Can brother ask for share in our own self acquired property?

we are four brother and two sister. my mother inherited the house from my father. before her death we three brothers(exclucing one ) have brought a near by land with our earned money. can the excluded brother demand his share in that newly brought land.if so can he demand specific part of the newly brought land as his share.

Hello sir,if your three brother bought land in your three of names means another brother not have rights over the property which you all bought but your brother have rights over your mother property as 1/6 share

Sir,
From your query it is clear that, the said new property purchased near to your old property is self earned, then if it so, then now body can claim share as you raised question, but your 4th brother can can claim only from your mother's house.
