Arya samaj marriage invalid ho sakti hai agar usko hindu marriage act ke tahat register nahi karaya gaya to.
Aap marriage ko kis prakar se transfer karana chahte hai ye kewal jahan hui hai waha par register ho sakti hai ya fir boy or girl ke living address par register ho sakti hai

As per Hindu marriage Act ,there are certain conditions under Marriage is consider valid ,Arya Samaj validations Act lays down provisions under which a marriages under the said Act is valid !Recently Apex court had passed direction regarding marriages under Arya Samaj Act due to lot of fraud committed !Provide me details then only exact advice could be given .
