Can a son be forced to take care of his old father

A 68 year old grandfather alone is taking care of two kids of age 10 and 8 approx.. his son is in dubai and not taking care of his kids. His son wife died just one year back and in 3 months of span his son got married with to a lady who is now not ready to take care of his kids.. and not ready to shift dubai with his son. So they can call kids to dubai. What legal step can i take against his son so he takes care of his kids n step mother too.. please guide
Send a legal notice asking for maintenance for his you and your grandson if he is not willing to maintain.
Also file a suit for maintenance , so that he will appear before the court , since he is under legal obligation to maintain

The Grandfather can on behalf of the children file an application under the section 125 of Cr. P.C. for maintenance of grand children wherein he can claim amount for their studies, maintenance, residence etc.
The Grandfather can also claim maintenance from his Son under the same provision.
