Can a second wife claim rights in the property of her husband

I am 2nd lawfull wife. After death of my husband's 1st wife I married to him.My husband died some time back with no will. From my husband's 1st marriage there is one son and I have 1 son and 1 daughter from this marriage. We were married since last 45 years. My husband was in PSU. We were joint bank account(either or serviver). After marriage I did some business ,earned money from this I put into FD with joint account with my husband. I am 63 year of age. My step son did not doing any work. He seaks money even after retirement of my husband. After death of my husband, my step son keep threatening and even beat me for money. He is captured all land around 7 bigha ( ancestral + buyer by husbend) and ancestral village home. Not letting me enter the home and did not share earning from land. I am all dependent on my and my savings. All the money earned by my husband and by me are in joint account with my husband .For financial independence I do not give this money to any of the kid
