Can a Hindu girl marry her mother's uncle's daughter's son?

I am a Hindu girl and I love my second cousin but I'm worried about it. So please tell me if I can marry my mother's uncle's daughter's son? And also tell me if our families do not permit us to marry what should we do? He is my mother's uncle's daughter's son and I'm his mother's uncle's daughter's daughter please tell what should we do?

see if you can keep it a secret and go ahead you can there are ways how to do the same as love between two people is more important than anything else in this world but if your family doesnt support you no problem you need to attain adulthood and be employed on your own
