Can a girl ask for remuneration from a non working husband

If a girl is married to a person who doesn't work after their marriage. The girl is now want to separation from him. Can she get a alimony or somekind of monthly remuneration from him or not???
Yes you can claim maintainace from him . You need to file 125crpc case to claim maintainace . Even if he is not working he will pay you according to minimum wages calculation. Court will ask him to work if there is no rrason for not working .Also in case if you file divorce you can get alimony from him. If he has self earned property or any other meterial he will pay to you from it. Whether he wprk or not you can claim alimony on divorce.

Yes she can claim alimony from her husband even if he is not working after marriage.IT is observed by the courts that when the case is filed then in order to avoid paying alimony all the husbands commonly say that they are without job and unable to pay alimony. I hope I have made myself clear.

Surely the girl is entitled to get alimony but for this you have to proceed with filing of maintenance suit in a mahila court or a family court and once the orders have been passed he would either pay the maintenance amount or would be put in judicial custody.
