Can a father name be removed from his school records

My wife is living separately for the last two years now I came to know that my son got admitted in the school by her and it is declared that my son is a single parent child and father's name is not mention anywhere in the school record even I have a documents like birth certificate Aadhar card pan card which is clearly showing that I am his legal father and even child custody case is already going on in the court. And she is demanding for the maintenance for her and my son what the legal step I can take against her

Hi, you can send a legal notice to the concerned school, submitting and informing the fact that you are the father. Further, file a civil suit directing the school to write your name as father.
