Can a court marriage be done in case of wrongly mentioned DOB

Sir Maine ek ladki se pyar kiya aur vo bhi uski real umar 20 sal hai jabki kisi karan bas uske maa bap be uski adhar card & janm ptri me umar kam kaba diya abhi uski adhar umar 13sal hai to kya hamlog court marrise sadi kar sakte hai kyo ki uske ma bap sadi ka order nahi dete hai ye kah kar ke uski umar kam hai kya kare
You can marry her only if she is a major in the eyes of law i.e. above 18 years (and the boy should be above 21 years)
