Can a 20 year old boy be eligible for court marriage

What is the process for court marriage? Is it possible if boy is younger than girl? Girl age is 21 and boy is 20
According to the Prohibition of Child Marriage Act, legal age for a girl to marry is 18 and for a boy it is 21. So, in your case, untill the boy attains the age of 21, court marriage will not be legally possible.

boy has to wait for 1 year. procedure for marriage is that you have to apply before the marriage registrar and he will give you date. in the meantime your application will be displayed on notice board.. if there is no objection from any side, marriage can be registered
