buying a new house and leaving inlaws house

i am a women i wanted to buy a new house because his parents has problems with me if he loves me they start making troubles... so i am decided to move and buy new house because husband working in abroad...so what i planned to do is to buy a small house and living there. and we allocate a home nurse if they need is there any problem with it

There is absolutely no nevessity to appoint a home nurse. The thing is you are only asking about the moral side. There is no legal impediments in moving out. There is absolutely no legal bar in your case

Yes, you can legally buy and live in a separate house. As per the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, a woman has the right to reside in a safe and peaceful environment. You are not legally bound to live with in-laws, especially if they are causing distress. As per the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007, it's your husband's duty (not yours) to ensure care for his parents. Arranging a home nurse is a kind and optional gesture. You have full rights to make decisions about your residence. Your safety and dignity come first.
