Business amount given to wife is not returned

I have given an amount of INR 20 lacs, during 2018, to my wife to start a business. She is the sole proprietor of that business. I have been supporting in times when additional amount was required during covid times. And now the business is stable and giving good returns. She has accumulated 30lacs as profit, I requested her to transfer 10 lacs to me since I wanted to start another business, she refused and left home to stay with her parents. And after few days she said she transferred whole amount to her father (without any discussion with me) because of his needs. Later when I asked her to talk to her parents, she denied and stated that she will not return any amount to me. nnNow what all options do i have nn1. To recover my amount n2. Any action against my in-laws and wife for cheating nnMy religion - Hindu

you can sent him legal notice for recovery... if u r having any promisery note then you can file case against her u can get money back from many other way.. legaly u can take action to file case before that sent legal notice to her thanks

Sorry to know about your situation. You may file a private complaint before the nearest magistrate if you do have proofs to substantiate your allegations against your wife and in laws. You will require documentary proofs to show transactions and
