I am going to share concise plan for legal action against your brother ex‑girlfriend Document everything save call logs, messages, emails and screenshots as evidence File an FIR at your local police station under appropriate IPC sections: 354D (stalking), 506 (criminal intimidation), 509 (insulting modesty); for cyber harassment also report to cyber‑crime cell. Seek women’s helpline support call 1091 or NCW for immediate assistance . Send a legal notice through a lawyer warning her to stop contact or face criminal charges, which often deters further harassment . Approach court if needed apply for an injunction (restraining order) or protection order under DV Act, even in non‑marriage context . Get legal advice via your nearest CSC for free pre litigation counselling. Take these steps promptly to protect your rights and stop harassment.
