brother claiming maintenance charges of mother after her death

Sir ,My mother was with my brother for five years he was taking her pension along with my father's family pension now after her death he claims Rs 50000 PM from me as charges for services for looking after her and asking for the diff amt pl advice.
Dear queriest, as per your query your brother was taking pension of your mother and now he claiming charges of services, for your kind information he is not at all supposed to take any charges for taking care of his own mother, if such is the case you can make a complaint against him for the same.
