Brother and sister-in-law doing Domestic Violence, what to do

My own brother n his wife was insisted to my mother leave house now I m alone my mother is in tripura .now thy want that I HV to leave house .house is name of by brother.father gave him property sells all money now they r doing domestic violence with me.i m single 27yrs doing a job.what I will do.
it is very sad to hear such a condition, do not think of leaving the house under any circumstances, jointly you and your mother should be in possession of the property and file a FIR against your brother and sister in law as well as file a domestic violence case against both of them with prayers seeking protection of you and your mother, right to residence and maintenance, there is recent judgement on the same point passed by High Court.

Why your mother left her residence on the insist of your brother? She should not have left her residence at any cost. Ask your ask your mother to return home and before that make a formal complain before the local police station against your brother and also request them to take strict action against your complaint.
