Brother and his wife physically abusing my parents

My brother and his wife are physically abusing my parents. I love abroad. I need advice to stop this abuse.

You should seek help of the nearby Police station for the same firstly if the abuse continues. You can also take recourse by approaching the Courts for the same. Also feel free to contact me for seeking any further legal advice as regards the same.

They can file against them under domestic violence Act for protection against abuse and first approach to senior citizen tribunal against them for protection before filling for DV and FIR Against them
