Boy promised me to marry in 2009 but now changed his contact no also

In 2009 one boy proposed me to marry. Two years back I have informed to my parents also as the boy said to me to inform your parents and after completion my sister marriage I will take my parents to your home to discuss about our marriage and my parents accepted our love. And the boy also promised me as I will convince my parents ,its my responsibility . But his mother is not accepting as because of Inter caste,Jathakalu and some other family problems. The boy knows all his family problems,caste when he promised me , now he is not ready to marry me. From 7 years we are maintaining physical relation also as because he promised me to marry. I believed him.Now my age is 30 years. because of him only I have lost everything. Even my parents also suffering. He has changed his contact number also. All doors are closed to contact him. I lost my career and damaged physically and mentally. Iam unable control my pain. Because of him only I have awaited since 7 years, did not get my marriage

As he cheated you, you file a cheating case on him and also against his family members also. As he maintained physical relationship with you, you can file a rape case against him. You will get Justice.

Dear Madam, Breach of promise by your lover to marry you is simply his refusal to marry you and it is not an offence as such under Indian law. No action can be taken against your lover under Indian contract act for breach of promise to marry. Further, as you said that you both have maintained physical relationship, you both were into the relationship mutually and hence the sexual acts of your lover cannot be termed as rape and your lover cannot be prosecuted under rape charge also. Therefore, forget what has happened and marry a person who understands and respects your feelings.

You can file a case for cheating against that boy u/S 420"417"376 IPC that you have to approach concerned police and lodge a complaint. That be care while drafting the petition you must mention that after promising to marry only I met him in physical contact
