Boy made promise to marry and got physical now avoiding what to do

i want to know can any complaint be raised for being cheated by a guy who tells he wants to get married but needs to break up for a year. And who is always confused. who agreed to get married but now have problem with girl's achievement,status,money. After being physically together, promising for marriage, and now avoiding.
First thing is Whatever evidences you have to show the relationship between you and the boy should be kept safely.
If there are any evidence to show that he agreed to marry you and then only you had physical relationship should also be kept safely. Then you can file a police complaint for cheating

You can file a complaint before the women police station as you told you are physically together. If you have a any material evidence show that he is in relationship with you, that is sufficient.

Yes you can file a case for breach of trust, rape on false promise of marriage, cheating etc and he can be booked under said sections so please see if he fails to fulfill as promised you can file a police complaint for the same, good day.
