Bought house with husband now he is asking to return the amount given

Hi experts My husband is asking for all amount ,transferred through NEFT ,stating it was for home loan. flat is only on my name . he has a different flat on his name . He is not ready for MCD and does not want to pay for child. instead he is asking flat or money on his name. civil suit has been filed by him pls help
you have not mention that how long you are been married and how old is kid? are you staying in same flat or somewhere else

If flat is in your name, then there is nothing much to worry about. But yes you will have to defend yourself. You can also file suit for maintenance for yourself and child. As well as you can file a domestic violence case against husband and in laws as well.
