Both the family is not approving our relationship

I am Hindu and My girlfriend is also Hindu. My girlfriend wants to be with me, but her family is not favoring it, in fact, her family has bounded her. Even I cannot approach her. Now, when I think to take my GF to some other place without notifying her family. There are two problems that I need to concern about. First, Her family can file a case against me, and I'll be punished as well if Girl gives any statement in her family's favor in any situation, maybe forcefully or with her wish. So, I need to do it in a preplanned manner, that even if her family file a case against me or even girl give any kind of statement in their favor, No one just touches me. Should a self-agreement with a video recording where she is mentioning that whatever I am doing it on my own terms and wishes, in case if I go against Mayank(me) that'll be forceful. something like that please suggest me the right way
mayank first you have to be very clear that your friend is with you or not if she is with you then you both can manage to get protection from High court in the meantime you can get married or firstly you get married then you can get protection but you both have to be with each other and confident that you can manage in all situation

trust is very important in relation ship. if you have a concern that yours gf may make any statement against you, then situation is not same for the both. first be sure that she is willing to elope with you at any cost then try it. for ur safety you can save the massages, chats calls that could reveal her consent.if she makes any statement against you then these things will favour you to prove your self innocent but at first instance a case/fir may be lodged against you on the basis of statement made by her against you
