You can marry before marriage officer to district which you belog under special marriage act being intended marriage and at the time of marriage you need three witnesses,and documents related to age,address proof of you and girl.

Yes,why not.In resigtar office,you need age proof,address proof and 3 photos of both.instead these you need 3 local witness with their photo and identity card according to SPL.marriage act. Duration-1month.

Yes you both can get married before the regestrar of marriage under special marriage act there is no embargo as such since you both are major so you both can submit the requisition before the marriage regestrar for the purpose of your marriage
